Once you've defeated the Elite Four & the former Pokemon League Champion for the first time, you can go back to the 8 gyms and challenge the gym leaders once again.

Rematches Are Available Once Per Day
Gym Leaders can only be challenged for a rematch once per day. Wait for a day before challenging them again!

Winning against all 8 gym leaders in a day can net you up to 100,000. Make sure to do this if you want money to purchase TMs, outfits, and Mega Stones.
